Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long do we keep your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than the period of time in which you have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it. If that is not possible — for example, because it is stored in backup archives — we will store it securely and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
How do we keep your information safe?
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect the personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of that information to and from our Services is at your own risk. Please only access the Services within a secure environment.
Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to that minor’s use of the Services.
If we learn that personal information from users under 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from a child under 18, please contact us at connect@tedxpune.com.
What are your privacy rights?
Withdrawing your consent
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information — which may be express or implied, depending on the applicable law — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You can do so by contacting us using the details in section 10 below.
Please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew consent, and, where applicable law allows, it will not affect processing that relies on lawful grounds other than consent.
Opting out of marketing communications
You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the emails we send, or by contacting us. You will still receive service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account.
Account information
If you would like to review or change the information in your account, or close your account, you can contact us using the contact information provided in this notice.
Once you ask us to close your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers, and some mobile operating systems and applications, include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature you can activate to signal that you do not want your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in future, we will tell you about that practice in a revised version of this notice.
Do we make updates to this notice?
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of those changes or by sending you a notification directly. We encourage you to review this notice regularly to stay informed about how we protect your information.
