What is TEDx?
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED created TEDx — a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
What is TEDxPune?
TEDxPune is one of India's longest-running TEDx communities, organised independently under the license of Dr. Ashwin Naik. Since 2009, we have hosted 100+ speakers, welcomed 5,000+ live audience members, and reached millions through digital platforms. We are a community of like-minded people from all walks of life, collaborating with leaders and revolutionary thinkers of Pune to create a TED-like experience in our local community.

Every day, we cross bridges we cannot see. Neural pathways connecting thought to action. Fungal networks linking forest ecosystems. Cultural threads weaving communities together across geography and time. Algorithms shaping what we discover and who we meet.
“Invisible Bridges” explores these hidden connections — the infrastructure of human experience that operates beneath the surface. Our speakers reveal the unseen links between science and art, privilege and poverty, the digital and the organic, the individual and the collective.
When we learn to see these bridges, we learn to build new ones.
